We planned and executed a fully integrated 360° Marketing and Promotion program for Borbaad that married strategic media relations, targeted paid media, owned-channel storytelling, influencer partnerships, and on-ground experiential activations. The campaign positioned the film to cut through category noise, amplified audience discovery and intent to watch, and supported box-office performance through coordinated pre-release, opening-week and post-release momentum. UNOPONCHASH BATASH
Unoponchash Batash (Fifty-Fifty Air) is a 2020 Bangladeshi romantic drama about Nira, a Dhaka University student, who falls deeply in love with a humble medical sales rep, but after he dies from cancer, she descends into delusion and obsession, seeking ways to bring him back, eventually leading to her mental breakdown and schizophrenic episodes. THE STORY OF SAMARA
"The Story of Samara" refers to at least two different films: a 2022 Bangladeshi action-adventure about superheroes defending planets from aliens, and a 2023 Malayalam sci-fi thriller about a deadly WWII virus, a former army doctor (Rahman), his daughter, and a terrorist plot, with the latter gaining recent attention for its OTT release. There's also an older 1992 Egyptian film Samara el-amir and a Sri Lankan film Samaara about family drama, so context is key, but the sci-fi thriller seems most prominent recently.
